Music on the Move Again

In our first collaboration with Celebrating Age Wiltshire - and the Corsham Area Bard - WRM were asked to reignite our successful Music On The Move project and bring live music to a variety of villages, all ending at the Wadswick Green retirement village.

Violinists Lucy Hewson and Becky Prosser, who took part in the initial project last year, provided a fabulous variety of material all day long, starting at Lacock Primary School, moving onto Colerne Primary (who brought the entire school into the hall for an interactive workshop that included a rendition of A Million Dreams from The Greatest Showman!), then into the Birdhouse Cafe in Box, playing a set of pieces to entertain diners and coffee drinkers in a beautiful environment. They ended the day at the Corsham Area Board Meeting in Wadswick Green, and brought music and joy to over sixty older residents.
