Tune@Noon with Beckford Strings
Performing for an intimate audience at Wiltshire Rural Music this month will be the terrific Beckford Strings.
Beckford Strings are a quartet based in the South West. Its players have performed extensively as part of orchestras and ensembles in the area, and met as members of Bath Symphony Orchestra. The quartet will perform a range of light music for string quartet, from minuets and tangos to classical pieces by Mozart and Britten.
Join us for £5 which will include cakes and drinks.

Russian Composers with Ludmila
Local pianist, Ludmila, will perform a concert of Shostakovic, Prokofiev, Hachaturian in a celebration of Soviet composers. She will be joined by WRM musicians on strings and wind as well as special guest soprano Kristina Takashina.
£Free - although we welcome donations to our bursary fund.

We are very excited to bring together the trio of Claire, Sue and David - all of whom have played T@N before, but never in this set up! Exploring the exciting combination of clarinet and viola, Claire and Sue will play pieces by Mozart and Bruch accompanied by David on piano.
The concert is £5 entry which includes unlimited hot drinks and cake.

Lucy Hewson (Violin) and Lorna Davis (Cello) are two thirds of the Solsbury Hill Ensemble (string trio) who present intergenerational community concerts in Bath and Frome. For today's duo concert, they will be including some unusual and exciting music by Martinu and Gliere. Lorna and Lucy can also be seen playing together for Live Music Now, performing in Bristol hospitals and presenting interactive concerts for schools.
