Keep Music in Mind

The residents of Romney House in Trowbridge were treated to a wonderful afternoon of live music. In the beautiful outdoor garden of the independent care home, musicians Julie Payne and Nicola Woodward entertained the audience with a variety of classical music, and had them singing along to Danny Boy, My Fair Lady and a Beatles medley!

The concert is part of Wiltshire Rural Music’s dementia friendly project “Keep Music in Mind”, which has previously visited 5 care homes across the county. The residents at Romney House thoroughly enjoyed the live music, accompanied by a glass of wine and sitting in the sunshine.
